Returns

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know, and another 14 days to return the goods to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. If required, Dew Control can help arrange the return for a charge of £10 for UK or £25 for International locations, also the item must be returned in its original packaging if possible. Please kindly note upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected and any damage caused by the buyer will be costed and deducted from the final refund value.  

To initiate a return, you need to contact us via our email address: info@dewcontrol.com. Please include your order number as shown on your delivery note and the reason for your return in your correspondence.

Please note   the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. 

Once your goods are received back at Dew Control they will be assessed by us. Any missing parts or damage resulting in a reduction in the retail value of the products will result in an equivalent deduction in your refund amount, please note the loss in value caused by any excessive use or handling of the product will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using your original method of payment, within 24 hours.

Cancelling an order after dispatch
If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched then there may be a small charge to have the item returned to us. This charge is on a case by case basis.

If the order is cancelled before being dispatched, there will be no charge to cancel the order.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if this has been agreed prior that Dew Control will arrange return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
