Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the UK . Every day, we deliver to customers across the UK, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 48 hours after the order is placed Monday to Saturday.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For the UK, this is usually between 1 and 3 days, but up to 15 days needs to be allowed before a parcel can be deemed lost in transit.
  

International Shipping

International deliveries should take between 7 and 14 working days depending on the country to where your order is being shipped.

Please note there may be additional customs duty depending on your country's jurisdiction. Please consult with your local authority to enquire about the relevant tax and duty amount. 

For international shipping, there may be additional time required for customs clearance. Please note when the parcel is held by the local government customs department for document checks, we do not have any influence over this, as this is a separate government run department from the courier.

If there is no movement from customs in 30 days, please contact us and it will be treated as involuntary cancellation and will not affect the amount of refund.

Within the 30 day interval, if there is any movement from the courier tracking site, or the parcel passes customs, a cancellation request becomes voluntary cancellation. Additional courier costs will be incurred and deducted from the total refund should the buyer wish to cancel at this stage.
